This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us the sale of our services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All payments are handled through PayPal or Venmo, and agreed upon separately in invoices exchanged between Featherfall Fascinations and our clients. No payment information is processed through this site.

How Do We Communicate With Customers

We may contact you to notify you regarding your business request, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our activies, or as otherwise necessary according to applicable national laws and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email or other methods agreed upon in contracts signed by both parties. If an email comes from our team you should recognize our contact details as listed on the Contact page of this site.

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking tools other than those utilized by Wix, to identify website activity.
